Mazur+Son has been hired by Newell Rubbermaid to complete numerous projects at their Sanford division in Oak Brook, Illinois. All projects ranging from a R&D laboratory and IT department data center to complete office renovations, required Mazur+Son to successfully perform extensive value engineering to meet the client’s budget. Working in an occupied building with over 300 employees required detailed scheduling and open and clear lines of communication to minimize the disruption to the employees. Mazur+Son has enjoyed a successful partnership with Newell Corporation for over twenty years.
