Trust Company of Illinois is a financial organization designed to meet the needs of their high net worth clients through wealth accumulation, retirement planning and estate planning. When TCI decided to move into the Esplanade office complex in Downers Grove, their challenge was to convert a vacated office into their new home that would be rich and sophisticated. Once passing through the glass entry doors, the granite and mahogany lobby welcomes new and existing clients into the warm office environment. Detail and craftsmanship is evident throughout, but specifically the wood trim and tray ceilings that highlight the boardroom and the custom bookshelves and fireplace that are featured in the library.
